Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Digital Items are not eligible for a refund. The Mentor Program can not be refunded after 7 days and if a refund is issued, the refund will be minus the cost of the Digital eBook included with the program.
To complete your return, we require an order number for proof of purchase and the email address associated with the purchase.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Lastly, we will send you an email when we have processed your refund through our merchant provider account. It can take 2 to 10 days for the refund to be credited to your account, it depends on your bank’s process.
